TPMtv: A Chat with Dahlia Lithwick
Many of you likely know Dahlia Lithwick from her prodigious writings on legal issues for Slate.com (her columns include "Supreme Court Dispatches" and "Jurisprudence"), but she gained international renown in 2007 as a judge for the first annual Golden Duke Awards. At Netroots Nation down in Austin a couple weeks ago, TPMtv caught up with Dahlia and picked her brain about just what post-Bush accountability means. Is it really all or nothing? Sweep it under the rug versus Nuremberg trials, or are there a lot more grey areas in just how we pick up the pieces? That, and what might be in store for the Supreme Court under a President McCain:

Dahlia interned in our organization when she was in law school. She was without a doubt one of the best interns ever, in addition to being an extremely friendly and good person.
I've enjoyed watching her career ascend. She deserves it.
