Many of you likely know Dahlia Lithwick from her prodigious writings on legal issues for Slate.com (her columns include "Supreme Court Dispatches" and "Jurisprudence"), but she gained international renown in 2007 as a judge for the first annual Golden Duke Awards. At Netroots Nation down in Austin a couple weeks ago, TPMtv caught up with Dahlia and picked her brain about just what post-Bush accountability means. Is it really all or nothing?
