TPMtv has so far brutally clubbed unconscious with the TPM hand mic no fewer than four members of the media here in the Invesco Field press box, all while filming the goings on of the early stages of the final day of the convention with its other hand. When asked its name for the media rotation list TPMtv gave "Greg Palast." We'll see if it works.

To answer reader justanyone's list of questions:

1. As of 5:10 PM local time, probably about 3/5 full, with a significant concentration of people down near the stage.
2. Can't see into stadium. No tall buildings nearby. This thing is a mile-high fortress.
3. Weather is near perfect, bright and clear, as it has been consistently all week.
4. TPMtv saw Dippin' Dots earlier. It intends to fill its camera cases with as much Dippin' Dots as possible in the inevitable crazed frenzy of the post-Obama speech stadium rioting/looting. Not sure if there's beer.
5. Yes. Martin Luther King, III right now. John Lewis just finished. Howard Dean was before that. A little before that was Gov. Bill Ritter, Jr. (D-CO), Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO). Rep. John Salazar (D-CO) delivered far and away the line of the week when he said he's farmed all his life and when he looks out on this crowd he sees a "silo of hope." A SILO OF HOPE. Earlier, Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast Shawn Johnson, too small to see with the naked eye, recited the Pledge of Allegiance, and then Academy Award-winner Jennifer Hudson sang "The Star-Spangled Banner." Only other musical act so far was a shabby country music outfit called Yonder Mountain String Band, which DK muses is probably only really enjoyed by residents of Yonder Mountain. TPMtv doesn't want to talk about this.
6. Being a stadium, there is a lot of seating besides the press box.
7. So far TPMtv has only been in this one room. But in general there seems to be an extreme shortage of space for everyone. Hence the extreme measures to which TPMtv has been forced to resort in order to keep its seat.
8. Uh, who knows. It's a free for all out here as far as we are concerned.
