Cafferty Keeps On Bringin' It
Jack Cafferty can't stop talking about Sarah Palin, and TPMtv can't stop talking about Jack Cafferty talking about Sarah Palin:
Another thing Jack Cafferty can't stop talking about: this YouTube video starring Jack Cafferty.
CAFFERTY: That segment of the Cafferty File found its way onto YouTube after the broadcast last Friday, and as of about an hour and a half ago it had received more than 1,100,000 hits.1,147,019 as of press time! Trust me Jack, if there is one person who is monitoring and rooting for this video as much as you, it's TPMtv. But just one bone of contention: videos of Cafferty File segments do not "find their way" onto YouTube. The videos are not sentient, and even if they were TPMtv doubts they would have the technical know-how to convert themselves into the necessary file format and click the right links in the correct order to eventually end up as YouTube videos. No, it takes a special human touch - a conscious, deliberate, even sensitive touch - to create a YouTube video. And for this YouTube video in particular, Jack Cafferty, it took the TPMtv touch. TPMtv is telling you right now, Jack Cafferty - if this thing hits 2 million views without an on-air mention of TPMtv, you will be receiving a strongly worded comment on your Cafferty File blog.

Ben, looks like this one could join the first in the million plus view club. Time for recognition! And Thursday night should be a bonanza.

I think Ben deserves credit for having suffered through this long enough to edit it. And I think we can be fairly sure most of those million-plus views are single time views because how many people could bear to watch that more than once?
Hey, I look at car accidents but Sarah Palin is too much too handle. McCain, you fool.

I just watched the first one.
O.M.G.
I work too much to keep up with everything, but that first clip was beyond the pale, and the "second chance" was almost worse.
Ready willing and able indeed.
Imagine for a second, McCain succumbs to the vagaries of life early in his first term. You thought those one-minute clips were painful? Try 24/7 Sarah TV. Imagine her sitting across the table from Putin. The Decline of the American Era will go into freefall. It would be so swift, we'd be trying to outmaneuver Latvia for a place at the trough.
