Can't Stop, Won't Stop
If you thought last night's somewhat anticlimactic (but still totally worth watching a 10-minute highlight reel of at least like 20 times and then sending to everyone you know) vice presidential debate would make us lose interest in Sarah Palin, you would be mistaken. Gravely mistaken. A roundup of her incredibly annoyingly dribbled-out-over-the-course-of-the-day interview clips with Fox News's Carl Cameron:
McCain campaign pulling out of Michigan? Says Sarah: Todd and I will pull out of where we damn well please, thank you very much:
More after the jump.
Ooo! Ooo! I can name a Supreme Court case now!
Sarah tries and fails to shed anymore light on her cryptic, troubling comments during the debate about vice presidential power. Then explains why her interviews with Katie Couric - among others - were such unmitigated trainwrecks: Couric's questions made her "annoyed:"
And here's a special bonus video of Carl Cameron's alter ego: Earthworm Jim!
Have a great weekend, everybody!

[Ed. Note: We thought of and very deliberately refrained from using this joke in our post. We have attempted to establish and display a certain standard of taste, class, and professionalism at this blog that you, Mr. Thomas, with your boorish, tawdry, and juvenile comments, seem to flagrantly disregard and in fact intentionally undermine. We roundly denounce you and reject all that you stand for.]

Actually, she is insincere. Katie Couric did not imply that Alaska was backward: it was just that Governor Palin cannot think for herself or cannot answer questions. She was defensive and resentful, yes. However, Katie Couric asked her simple questions, in particular the one on what she reads and her favorite VP and why. I mean, Katie Couric also asked Gov. Palin which movie was her favorite and she could kind of answer that:

Her favorite movies were Rudy and Hoosiers and her best scenes were when they won at the end.
